Since 1998, Dr. Robek has conducted research and provided ABA services for people on the autism spectrum.  Dr. Robek became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2005.  In 2007, she earned a doctorate in behavioral psychology from The City University of New York, Graduate Center.  While studying behavioral psychology, she was awarded a prestigious science fellowship.  Subsequent to earning her doctorate, she became a New York State-licensed psychologist

Additionally, Dr. Robek has experience as a clinical coordinator at a therapeutic group home and has also consulted at many schools to train teachers in behavior management techniques. Dr. Robek provides an array of services that range from diagnostics to the development of ABA programs. Dr. Robek is the author of “My Child Has Autism - A Handbook for Parents and Professionals” and also created an ABA curriculum which encompasses more than 170 educational programs, divided into 12 categories. Each category aims to develop a specific set of skills by applying distinct methodologies. Dr. Robek moved to Doha in 2013 to start up the ABA program at the Child Development Center.
